The plant I received has a different height than the one I ordered. What am I doing ;
The plant is measured by the supplier and we always refer to it with a deviation of 1-10 cm. Also, the measurement is sometimes made from the base of the pot to the final height and sometimes in the part of the plant that is outside the pot depending on the type of plant. The plant I received is not in good condition. What am I doing ;
All the plants are packed and leave our store in excellent condition. Some plants, depending on the foliage or their physical condition are more sensitive than others to external factors such as temperature, light, transport, etc.
We recommend that you place your plants in a basin of water so that they are well watered as soon as you receive them, especially if your purchase took place during the period of high outside temperature. Then follow a regular watering schedule according to the needs of the plant. Choose a bright spot in your space, but where the sun does not hit the foliage of the plants directly. Your plant will need a few days to acclimatize to its new home because it is a living organism.
